Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sue and I live on the North Kent coast. I have been diagnosed for 4 years but have only just discovered this site.
It is great to have somewhere you can go where others understand what you are going through. Going through a bad flare at the moment but finding the site so helpful.

Hi Sue,

I'm Anne 50 years old and diagnosed in May this year, have been taking mtx which fingers crossed have worked wonders so far. I'm married to Ernie and have two teenage sons 18 and 19 and a foster boy aged 8.

I found this site shortly after being diagnosed and it has helped me greatly, as I didn't know anyone else with RA.

Hi Sue,

I am Lorna, I am married to Ken and have 3 lovely daughters. Sorry you have RA, I have had it for almost 3 years too. I was very ill in the beginning but have been on the triple therapy since day one and I keep really well now as long as I don't overdo things. The site is good and informative as well as supportive.

Hope your flare does not last too long and you feel better soon. Thinking of you take care. Lorna xx Smile
